How to Order
Online: To place an order, click on the "Add to Bag" button next to each item. When you are finished shopping, select the "View Bag" link and proceed to check out.
Order by fax: Please complete our fax order form. You may click here to download the form (coming soon!).
Currency and payment
All prices are in Canadian Dollars. We accept payment by Paypal. Please note you are not required to have a Paypal account to process your order.
Shipping and taxes
Shipping within the Province of British Columbia is $8.00 and $10.00 within Canada. Shipping within the United States is $12.95. All items are shipped Canada Post Expedited which included tracking and insurance. All applicable taxes are included in the posted price.
Delivery Standards
In stock items are generally shipped within 48 hours or two business days. Canada Post Delivery standards are as follows:
-Shipping within British Columbia, 1-2 Business Days
-Shipping within Canada, 2-7 Business Days
-Shipping within the United States, 6-12 Business Days (sometimes up to 15 business days)
Please note that these are delivery standards only and not guaranteed delivery times. If you would like guaranteed on-time delivery you may choose Xpresspost as your delivery option.
Customer Pick Up
We offer customer pick up at our Burnaby office: 314-5050 Kingsway (Private Dental Practice). If you choose customer pick up we will contact you to let you know when your order has been processed and ready to be picked up. Customer pick up hours are Tuesday-Saturday between 9:30am-4:30pm.
Return and Exchange Policy
We hope you love your new purchase but if for any reason we fail to meet your expectations, you may return or exchange regular priced items to our returns office within 21 days of the original shipping date. (
Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Tot-to-go Design Inc. will pay shipping on your first exchange (sent via Standard Delivery). Subsequent exchanges are charged at the standard delivery rate. Items returned for a refund or exchange must be in brand new condition with the original packaging and supplementary materials. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done
