Yes, it is true. Tot-to-go will be closing its doors.

My decision to close the business is a sad one. Since 2007, I have been helping moms (and dads) stay close to their babies. There are many fond memories. I will miss the challenge of running a small business. I’m not sure what the future holds but it sure has been an adventurous and rewarding past.

Like Hot Slings and Rockin’ Baby Slings, our business has been greatly affected by the safety recall of certain brands of soft baby carriers and slings in March 2010. There will be many other mom built businesses (big and small) that will close. If you are a babywearing advocate, please visit: Baby Carrier Industry Alliance for more information on how you can help support those in the baby carrier business.

All remaining Tot-to-go inventory will be sold at a discounted price. Here’s your chance to grab one of our awesome slings. If you are a fan of our baby slings, be sure to spread the word and let your babywearing friends know about our closing out sale.

It is important to us that you as the consumer is well-educated on how to use our product.
