Tot-to-go

Yes, it is true. Tot-to-go will be closing its doors.

My decision to close the business is a sad one. Since 2007, I have been helping moms (and dads) stay close to their babies. There are many fond memories. I will miss the challenge of running a small business. I’m not sure what the future holds but it sure has been an adventurous and rewarding past.

Like Hot Slings and Rockin’ Baby Slings, our business has been greatly affected by the safety recall of certain brands of soft baby carriers and slings in March 2010. There will be many other mom built businesses (big and small) that will close. All remaining Tot-to-go inventory will be sold at a discounted price. Here’s your chance to grab one of our awesome slings. If you are a fan of our baby slings, be sure to spread the word and let your babywearing friends know about our closing out sale.

Bonjour! I am thrilled to tell you that Tot-to-go Baby Slings are soon to be available in France. Yes, that’s correct…France! We have teamed up with a new online retailer based in Cergy France. Tot-to-go Baby Slings will be available exclusively at Fripons et Cie!

In light of the recent warning issued by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (US) regarding the safety of baby slings, I feel this is a good time to remind customers that we do offer complimentary how to lessons. It is important to us that you as the consumer is well-educated on how to use our product.

If you have any questions or concerns about our baby sling or how to wear your baby properly, please sign up for one of our free lessons. We are more than happy to answer any questions and provide troubleshooting tips. If you live outside of the Metro Vancouver area, we are just a phone call away. Arrangements can be made for a Skype to Skype video consultation if necessary.
